Mike joined Peterson in 2020, after having most recently served as Alco’s President & CFO. Prior to joining Alco, Mike spent eight years at MPI Products, including four years as Chief Financial Officer and four years as Chief Operating Officer. Mike holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.

Jay Brown joined Peterson Spring in April 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. He previously spent ten years and nine months as the VP-Restructuring; Division C.F.O.; Corporate Treasurer at Revstone Industries, L.L.C. Jay earned his M.B.A. in Finance, Production Operations from Michigan University – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
